PCO

Compass10 PCO is a high-performance decision making tool supporting Supply Chain management. PCO delivers, in a few minutes, the optimized production plan in terms of total cost in strictly-interconnected-supply-chain networks as regards market demand, availability of constraining resources and cost drivers of the entire logistic and production environment

Its in-RAM optmisation algorithm is capable to simulate, in a few minutes, multiple supply chain scenarios, under the constraint of finite capacity for production resources, assessing dynamic changes in demand, resource availability (production and materials) and cost drivers. Valuable analysis tools based on economics and logistics KPIs support decision makers in assessing the results of each simulation

FCP (Planning)

Compass10 planning tools are designed to generate accurate and consistent production plans, transfer plans for multi-site environments and raw materials supply plans that balance supply and demand. Starting from market demand (forecast data and customer orders) and stock optimization objectives, Compass10 FCP Planning supports a diversified approach adapting to the specific industry and planning model. The advanced Planning Process Design tool supports the user to set-up, configure and easily adapt the planning process in complex Supply Chains.

 

FCP (Scheduling)

Compass10 advanced Scheduling creates, in a few seconds, an optimized production plan which takes into account, at the same time, resource optimization rules and multiple constraints: machine capacity and availability of materials, skills, tools  and  warehouses.

The simulative approach as well as  the interactive  and user friendly graphical tools make it very easy to assess and compare different scenarios, to rapidly make the appropriate changes, using  drag and drop functions to  achieve the optimal schedule.

MES

Compass10 MES is designed to support the complete digitalization of production data, based on manual data collection and automatic connectivity to production devices. Production KPIs, smart analysis dashboards and effective BI tools support the overall and real-time control of the shop-floor.

Based on an innovative, configurable and user-friendly WEB interface, it supports collaboration with subcontractors for an effective and timely sharing of information.

COMPASS10 MES is the scalable and complete platform to govern Operations, supervise at all times the shop-floor, support quality control and actively manage product and process traceability

EMS

EMS offers a powerful, complete and facilitated experience of planning and optimal energy management. Integration with the Compass10 MES module enables powerful algorithms for attributing energy consumption to various products. The software is specifically designed to monitor, analyze and optimize energy assets.
